User Group Meeting 2026

 

We are pleased to invite you to our annual User Group Meeting (UGM), featuring parallel tracks for K-Spice and LedaFlow - a dedicated forum for customers and partners to connect, share insights, and deepen their expertise.

15-16 Sept. 2026 at Martin Linges vei 33, 1364 Fornebu, Norway 

Day 1 — September 15 | Main UGM

Join us for product highlights, real-world use cases, and open dialogue designed to advance our collective domain knowledge and product usage. 

In the evening, we look forward to continuing the conversation over dinner on a cruise along the beautiful Oslo Fjord. The cruise boat will leave from "Sjøflyhavna" (the floatplane harbour) next to the Falkor offices and return to the same place no later than 10 p.m.

 

Day 2 — September 16 | Product training

Building on the themes of Day 1, we are offering dedicated training sessions for K-Spice and LedaFlow, with separate tracks for each product. Sessions will cover practical usage and best practices in depth. To help us shape the agenda, please indicate your preferred topics in the registration form.

•    LedaFlow R&D towards 2030 - HyWax, and modelling of advanced fluid systems with chemicals and CCS  (J. Nordstrøm, LTDA)
•    "Waxing” the Decision Gate process: A rapid and robust path to FID for Flow Assurance with LedaFlow and FieldTwinD. Flanagen, FutureOn)

Common   17:00 - 22:00  Oslo Fjord dinner cruise 

17:00   Boat leaves from pier at "Sjøflyhavna" next to the Falkor offices

The boat has ample room for all guests and indoor seating arrangements in case of inclement weather.
Dinner is served (dietary preferences have been accommodated for).
