Who we are
Founded in 2016, Falkor (formerly Kongsberg Digital) is part of KONGSBERG, building on more than 200 years of engineering excellence that the world's most demanding industries have trusted for generations.
Today, thousands of users across the world's leading energy, utilities and chemicals companies depend on our solutions every day.
Falkor is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with a growing presence across Europe, North America and Asia.
Kongsberg Digital is now Falkor
New name, same team, and same mission – with a sharpened focus. The name Falkor matches our ambition: putting industrial intelligence into the hands of the people running the world's most complex operations.
Still enabling heavy-asset industries. Still a majority-owned subsidiary of KONGSBERG.
Built on 200+ years of KONGSBERG innovation

A sharpened focus
Following a strategic demerger, the Maritime product portfolio is merged into Kongsberg Maritime, enabling the company to focus fully on the energy, processing and renewables industries.

Kongsberg Digital becomes Falkor
Kongsberg Digital rebrands as Falkor, a KONGSBERG company – a distinct brand built to lead in industrial intelligence, with the same team, the same mission, and a sharpened focus.
Built for the age of industrial intelligence
We are at a pivotal moment, as AI transforms how the energy, processing, power and renewables industries operate. Falkor is shaping that shift with Agentic AI: intelligent, adaptive agents that work together with you to drive smarter decisions, greater efficiency, and transformative impact at every level of operations.
