Shane McArdle
President & Chief Executive Officer, Falkor
Shane McArdle, CEO and President of Falkor (formerly Kongsberg Digital) is a recognized leader in driving digital transformation across heavy-asset and carbon-intensive industries. With a career spanning strategy, technical application, consulting, business development, marketing, sales, and operations, he helps organizations adopt Industry 5.0 approaches and realize the potential of digital - making industrial data available for intelligent end-to-end workflows that span planning, deployment, execution and maintenance. Shane began his journey in 2011 with Kongsberg Oil & Gas - a precursor to Kongsberg Digital - and went on to lead Kongsberg Digital’s Digital Energy division before being appointed CEO in 2022. Beyond his leadership at Kongsberg Digital, he serves on the boards of LedaFlow Technologies and FutureOn, contributing his expertise to the wider industry. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, which underpins his deep knowledge of data management, analytics, physical modelling, and the Industrial Internet of Things.
Øystein Hole
Chief Product Officer, Falkor
Øystein Hole is Chief Product Officer at Falkor (formerly Kongsberg Digital), where he leads product strategy and development across the company’s digital twin and industrial software portfolio. With a background in software development and visualisation, he has been instrumental in building core technologies such as the Cogs 3D engine and the Industrial Work Surface. Over more than 15 years with the Kongsberg ecosystem, Øystein has helped transform how heavy-asset industries use AI, data, visualisation, and digital twins to drive smarter, more sustainable operations.
Pedro Alcântara
EVP & Chief Revenue Officer, Falkor
Pedro Alcântara is Chief Revenue Officer at Falkor (formerly Kongsberg Digital), leading global operations and revenue growth at the intersection of commercial strategy, product innovation, and scalable delivery. With nearly two decades of international leadership experience, he has driven major business transformations, from legacy models to SaaS solutions, while enhancing profitability and customer engagement. Pedro also serves as a board member at FutureOn and guest lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in corporate security and business resilience.
Deepak Kumar Swain
Managing Director, Falkor India
Deepak Kumar Swain is the Managing Director of Falkor India. Combining deep product and technology expertise with strong commercial acumen, he leads Falkor’s India business across two core pillars: scaling world-class R&D, operational excellence, and global delivery, alongside driving customer acquisition and top-line revenue growth. A prominent voice on digital transformation and Industrial AI, Deepak also serves on the boards of Kongsberg Maritime India and Konciv, and as Chairman of the Norwegian Business Association India (NBAI), actively fostering cross-border partnerships and industrial growth.
